In 2022 & 2023, Serenity Yoga offered yoga sessions for Pain Management, Weight Management & Women's Wellness. This is what program manager, Claire Hunter, had to say.....

"Ella has delivered several beautiful sessions of yoga within our programmes for people living with long term health conditions. She scales and adapts for the group in a way that allows everyone to feel included and benefit. She is a calming and patient facilitator with a broad spectrum of knowledge to apply to the specifics of the group. All of our participants have enjoyed her sessions very much. Ella is friendly and reliable and a delight to work with"

In 2012 Serenity Yoga was engaged by Rushmoor Healthy Living to provide specialist yoga sessions for adults with acquired brain injuries and complex physical needs at Disability Challengers in Surrey. Jim Ruddy, RHL's Chief Operating Executive wrote......

"They were very specific about their requirements for the role due to the client group. The person needed to be sympathetic, tactful, friendly and patient as they would be dealing with people with mixed ability.

I have to say that from the day we met Ella she certainly displayed all of these attributes and more. Initially she was employed to deliver 2 classes per week, but she proved so popular with the service users they demanded another class per week! She was also popular with the DI and her empathetic nature shone through with the clients.

Ella is hardworking, trustworthy and fantastic with clients. She was always on time and arranged cover for any holiday periods.....I would employ her again tomorrow"
